8-character alphanumeric display
The alphanumeric LCD indicates channel, bank name and decoded text, etc. Various status icons for such functions as an S-meter and output power, etc., enhance the array of information available to the user.
128 channels with 8 memory banks
Up to 128 channels with 8-character channel names can be stored and divided into 8 banks for flexible channel management.
Advanced 2-Tone/5-Tone systems
2-Tone, 5-Tone, CTCSS, and DTCS encoder/decoder are equipped as standard. Multiple 2-Tone/5-Tone codes are programmable on a channel.
Optional voice scrambler
Optional voice scrambler units, UT-109 or UT-110 allow you operating security. The UT-109 includes up to 32 scrambling codes and the UT-110 includes up to 1020 (4 group × 255 code) scrambling codes with a divided frequency rolling system.
Independent volume knob and 4W (typ.) front-mounted speaker
The IC-F111 series has a front firing 4W (typ.) speaker providing crisp and clear audio. Independent volume knob offers quick operation.
